Happy Eid al Adha 10 Dzulhijah 1433

It feels just a short time that last year we celebrate it and now it coming up .... !! hahhaha
Tomorrow is the day to sacrifice our cow or sheep 

aahh I can't wait till tomorrow xoxoxo 
after that I can eat a lot of meats  Photobucket

wait for a second, do you know what Eid al Adha means? after I babling about it for a long here hehehe
anyway don't worry for you non-moslem reader, I'll give you some information about Eid al Adha

Eid al Adha (عيد الأضحى‎ ; ‘Īd al-’Aḍḥá / Festival of Sacrifice ) also called Feast of The Sacrifice, The Major Festival, The Greater Eid or Eid ul-Zuha, Eid Hajj, is an important 3-days religious day celebrate by Muslim worldwide to honor the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim a.s to sacrifice his first son Prophet Ismail a.s as an act of obedience to God, before God intervened to provide him with a ram to sacrifice instead. And Ismail acceptance of this command marks the end of the Hajj to Mecca.

Eid al Adha begins at 10 Dzulhijah (Dhu al-Hijjah) and ends at 12 Dzulhijah (Dhu al-Hijjah). In this year, 2012, it begins on 26th October.

The celebration of this Eid al Adha are family meals (especially lunches and late breakfast), eating sweet foods, wearing new clothes (optional but seems to be a traditions ^^), giving gifts or money to children.

For the observance of this Eid al Adha are Praying, sacrificing a cow, sheep, goat, or camel, and giving away one-third (1/3) of the meat to friends and neighbors, and donating one-third (1/3) of the meat to the poor as a gift
